i have been doing acupuncture for a few weeks now. I have not been getting regular treatments, but often enough to have some positive effects. Yesterday I had this terrible intestinal pain and I was convinced I was going to die. Today the pain has diminished and I am trying to figure out if I should go to the doctor or not.

Tessa went to Alaska. It is not so bad, I will try to visit, but when part of your life depends on someone else in some way (love?) you become depleted when they are gone. I am recrystallizing in to a new form, but that is saddening because our love castle was growing tall.
